Everything a bot can do

AppuBot gives the AI you already use hands, eyes, a memory and a phone line.

Works in your real apps

Bots open an app and click, type and scroll in it like you would, only faster, so tasks finish in seconds, not minutes.

Message them from anywhere

Connect Telegram and message your bots from your phone. Text, photos, voice notes and files reach your computer; replies, questions and files come back in the chat.

Your own AI account

Use the Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok, Copilot or OpenCode account you already have. No new subscription and no API keys.

Teach a task once

Do it once while AppuBot watches. Your bot learns it as a skill and does it for you next time.

Memory you can read

Bots remember what matters, like your rates, your accountant or how you like your replies, and you can read and edit all of it.

Routines on a schedule

Have a bot do something every hour, every weekday or whenever you choose, quietly or with a notification.

Approvals, not surprises

Anything important waits for your OK, however long you take, and you can watch your bot work live.

Connected apps

Connect Gmail, Notion, Slack and hundreds more once, then choose which apps each bot may use.

Files both ways

Send a bot a PDF, a spreadsheet or a photo. It sends back the invoice, the export or the screenshot, in the app or on Telegram.

Work with many bots at once

Create a bot, give it a job, and add another when the work grows: one on the books, one on your inbox, one on research. They work in parallel on your Mac, hand work to each other, and keep going while you do something else.

AppuBot works where you work

Sign in once. A bot uses your Mac's apps and websites just like you would, including the tools that are harder to automate.

Show a bot how it's done

Press Teach, do the task once on your Mac. AppuBot records your clicks, keys and screenshots and the bot writes a skill it runs on its own next time.

Bots get smarter over time

Bots keep context in a memory you can read and edit. Show one a workflow today, hand off the project by Friday.

Ravi replied on pricing, same thread as last quarter. I already had the context, so I answered without waiting on you.
Noted for next time: they only sign annual, and Dana is the one who approves.

Connect the bots

Bots read each other's threads and set each other up. Chief of Staff spins up a new bot when work grows and sends you one summary a day.

How a bot uses your apps

A bot looks at an app the way you do, finds the buttons and fields by their names, and then clicks, types and scrolls through the whole task in one go. That's why a job of ten clicks takes seconds, not minutes.

  • It works like you do. It reads what's on screen and presses the button called "Export", so a small change in how the app looks doesn't throw it off.
  • Your mouse stays yours. It works inside the app's own window, so you can keep using your computer while it works.
  • You can watch. The app it's using comes to the front, and a small pointer with your bot's face shows every click.
  • It asks first. Anything important waits for your OK, in the app or on Telegram.

Give each bot a job

Invoices and books, done overnight. Opens your accounting app, fills the invoice from your sheet, exports the PDF and sends it to you on Telegram. Leaves anything unusual for your approval.
